In each episode, I explore the structures beneath our most persistent patterns (why insight doesn't always create change, what the gap between knowing and embodying actually requires, and what depth-first transformation looks like in practice).

I love this chapter and spent a month writing it by hand every night before bed to anchor in the learnings of being calm. This hypnotic meditation is the result of that practice.
I wanted to create an experience encompassing that chapter that would quickly send me into a calm and relaxed state.
