My name is Alanna Banks, certified hypnosis practitioner, master NLP practitioner, and creator of the Embodied Soul Code Method. In each episode, I explore the structures beneath our most persistent patterns (why insight doesn't always create change, what the gap between knowing and embodying actually requires, and what depth-first transformation looks like in practice).
I don't motivate, bypass or recycle advice.
