Close your eyes. Take a slow, steady breath in and exhale gently. Let your body find a rhythm that feels natural, easy, unforced. As you breathe, notice the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you, the weight of your head, the heaviness in your limbs, the way gravity gently reminds you that you are held, and with each breath, you can imagine a soft warmth spreading through your entire body. A warmth that feels like the afterglow of a flame. Not burning, just alive. Every exhale releases what's been heavy. Every inhale draws you closer to yourself. That's good. You might begin to feel that gentle sense of dropping inward as if your thoughts were slowing down, and your awareness was softening into the quiet space beneath them. You don't need to try to relax. You're already doing it. And as your mind wanders, that's perfectly fine. Because the part of you that knows how to integrate is listening. Now imagine you're standing in a circular space, a sacred room lit by a gentle golden fire. This is your inner alchemy room. The fire flickers softly. With each breath, you're stepping deeper into your own calm power, and that feeling of calm power begins to move through your body. Soft in the heart, strong in the spine, clear in the mind. And as you gaze into the flame, you might remember moments from this month. Let those memories rise up one by one. And as they do, you can silently whisper. Thank you. Thank you for teaching me where I needed to listen. Thank you for showing me where I was protecting myself. Thank you for helping me remember who I am. Now imagine every version of you who's ever held anger. The one who stayed quiet. The one who yelled. With all that feeling. Invite them all into the room. See them standing around the fire with you. Not as mistakes, but as keepers of wisdom. Each one holds a piece of your strength. Each one has done their best. Take a breath in. And as you exhale, feel a wave of forgiveness move through the space. Not to excuse anything, but to free yourself from carrying it. Now as you stand in the center of the room, the flame begins to move toward you softly, gently, and you realize it's not something outside of you at all. It is you, your passion, your aliveness, your truth. Let that light rise into your chest. Let it fill your body with warmth. Let it travel up through your throat, the channel of your truth, clearing, opening, softening. And as the warmth moves through your throat, you might hear a quiet inner whisper. I can speak from my fire without burning. I can feel deeply without losing myself. I am safe in my power. I am safe in my power. I am safe in my power. Stay with that feeling for a moment, anchoring it into your body. Soft edges, steady center, open heart. In a moment, not yet, but in a moment, you'll begin to return. And exhale, releasing anything you don't need to take with you. Your emotions were always a pathway back home. Now slowly bringing awareness to your hands and feet, wiggling your fingers, moving your toes, feeling the surface beneath you again. And when you're ready, open your eyes, returning fully to the present moment, carrying with you the knowing.
